Head Chef

Chef Doga Bican is the heart and soul of Bistro 18. He has gained 11 years of experience in his culinary career, including 9 years dedicated to academic and scientific developments. Chef Bican has honed his craft working with some of the best chefs and companies in the Alanya region. Inspired by Paul Bocuse, he believes in the richness of butter, cream, and wine, while also embracing the principles of simplicity, purity, and freshness championed by Noma Kitchen. In his kitchen career, he has always focused on learning from worldwide known sources such as the Institut of Paul Bocuse and the Culinary Institute of America.

With a degree in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts from the Faculty of Arts and Design, Zeynep brings a refined artistic touch to everything she creates. Her desserts are not just delicious; they're visual masterpieces, each one crafted with an eye for beauty and detail. She’s a maestro when it comes to plate decoration, turning every dish into a feast for the eyes as well as the palate. Every detail, from the arrangement of flowers to the presentation of food, is meticulously curated by her skilled hands. Her dedication to beauty and flavor is evident in every aspect of her work, making your visit truly memorable.
