Group Reservation Terms & Conditions

We are pleased to host group reservations at Bistro 18 and are committed to providing a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. To ensure this, please read and agree to the following terms and conditions when making a reservation for groups of 10 guests or more.

1. Pre-Order Requirement

All group reservations of 10 or more guests are required to pre-select their menu choices in advance.

We can provide a Google Sheet format to simplify the selection process. Please contact us to request the link info@bistro18.eu
Final menu selections must be submitted to us no later than 4 days before the reservation date.
If restaurant do not receive the pre-order by this time, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

2. Privacy Options

Group reservations for up to 20 guests are accommodated in our main dining area and are considered non-private unless otherwise arranged.
Should you require a private or semi-private setting, we kindly ask that you contact us in advance to discuss availability and applicable additional fees.

3. Payment Options

Please inform us whether the bill will be settled individually by each guest or as a group payment by a single party.
Payment by Bank Transfer (Post-Event). If payment is to be made by bank transfer after the event, a signed guarantee letter from the company is required, confirming payment within 14 calendar days.
This option must be agreed in advance, and the restaurant reserves the right to decline such requests.

4. VAT Invoices

If a VAT invoice is required, please notify us in advance and provide the following information:
Company Name
Company Registration (Reason) Code
Tax Registration Number
Company Address

5. Gratuity for Service Staff

For group reservations, it is customary to leave a gratuity of 10% as appreciation for the service staff.
This amount is not included in the bill and may be contributed voluntarily.
To simplify the process, gratuities can be left using the Global Tips card, which allows secure digital tipping. You can receive a direct confirmation from Global Tips once the tip is processed.
